Diverse Forests is raising capital from investors through Diverse Forests Holdings Limited (DFH). Investment is currently limited to classes of investor meeting the criteria outlined below, and therefore exempt from financial promotions restrictions, although Diverse Forests may expand the scope of the offer at a later date. Any investment can only be made following the issuing by DFH of an Information Memorandum and other material (the Investment Information) and the investor confirming they meet the exemption criteria.
